Backups

Two backup mechanisms cover different scope:

• Mihon/Tachiyomi-format export (.tachibk) via exportMihonBackup/importMihonBackup mutations. Manga and novel library only, anime is never included, since the format has no concept of it.
• SQLite snapshots via createDatabaseBackup/deleteDatabaseBackup mutations, plus automatic scheduled snapshots controlled by backup_interval_hours/backup_retention_count in tsunagu.toml.
